Our Executive Director awards Small Grants year-round for legal projects that benefit Victorians. Applications for Small Grants are typically processed within two weeks. General Grants are available if your project budget is more than $5000. 

When to apply?

You can apply for a Small Grant at any time. 

WHo can apply?

Any organisation can apply for a Foundation grant. Applications from individuals are not accepted.

How to apply

1. Read our Grants Criteria - this will help you understand what kind of projects we want to fund.
2. Contact our Grants and Awards Manager to discuss your project - the earlier the better.
3. Download, complete and return our Small Grants application form (Word, 868KB).

After you apply

Small Grants are typically awarded within two weeks of submitting your application. Our Grants and Awards Manager will contact you if we need more information, and to tell you if your application has been successful.
