About Our Executive Director

Joh Kirby is the Foundation's Executive Director, a role that she has held since 2008. Prior to this appointment Ms Kirby was the Grants Manager at the Foundation for two years and a lawyer at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Ms Kirby has a strong interest in community education and publishing which she developed working in conservation prior to qualifying as a lawyer. In 2010 Ms Kirby was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate best practice in community legal eduction.
