Foundation’s functions
Grants are considered with reference to the Foundation’s functions outlined in section 5 of the Foundation’s governing legislation, the Victoria Law Foundation Act 2009. It is important to note that the Foundation only has the power to make grants to organisations. Download a copy of the Foundation’s functions.
Guiding principles
All grants applications are assessed against the Foundation’s guiding principles to determine their originality and ability to provide long-term benefit. Download a copy of the guiding principles.
You must be applying on behalf of an organisation
