Grants criteria

We assess the merits of each grant application, as well as their relevance to our statutory functions, guidines principles and our strategic priorities.

Our functions

Grants are considered with reference to the our statutory functions outlined in section 5 of the Foundation’s governing legislation, the Victoria Law Foundation Act 2009. strategic priorities

Grant applications are considered in relation to the Foundation’s strategic priorities. The priorities focus on the delivery of real benefits to Victorians not only through our own programs but building capacity across the legal sector.
