Find out how to get your complaints about government services addressed at this fun and interactive session in Warrnambool.

Come along for afternoon tea to learn how the Victorian Ombudsman’s services can support you and your community, have your voices heard, and make things fair.

Ask your burning questions about everything from fines, to your electricity and water bill, and other services and government departments, and be empowered to complain, effectively!

This event is run by Victoria Law Foundation in partnership with Warrnambool Neighbourhood House, and the Victorian Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman manages complaints related to fairness, integrity, and human rights, and holds the public sector accountable to the people of Victoria. Common complaints include councils, fines, public housing, VicRoads, universities and TAFEs, WorkSafe, Prisons, and more.
