Justice at a disadvantage: What we know now about legal need, capability and multiple disadvantage
This short paper investigates the interplay of disadvantage, legal need, and legal capability in Victorians experiencing legal problems.

Drawing on data from the Public Understanding of Law Survey (PULS), this paper explores the effects of disadvantage on legal problem prevalence, duration, and severity, and what low legal capability means for the broader community and the implications for access to justice in Victoria.
