We are delighted to share with you how the Victoria Law Foundation has made a difference over 2023-24 Annual Report.

The year was busy and highly productive. We delivered two major reports from the Public Understanding of Law Survey (PULS) dataset, and the third just beyond the financial year. The PULS measured legal capability for the first time in the world across four domains: knowledge, skills, attributes, and resources. Our Education team has found new and smart ways to engage with the public, and we continue to adapt our grants program to meet the changing needs of the legal sector and the community.

Our new three-year strategy centres capability across all aspects of our work: to support effective policy development and front line services, as well as building the knowledge and skills of Victorians.

This Annual Report highlights our diverse efforts to support better justice in Victoria.

We thank you for your ongoing support, interest and partnership in achieving fair, equitable and accessible justice for all Victorians.

Better justice through research, education and grants

We are committed to raising awareness of our law, and to provide evidence and insight to improve justice for all Victorians.
