How Victoria Is Fixing Police Informant Failures: 111 Key Recommendations for Safer, Fairer Policing

The Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants investigated serious misconduct involving a police human source and made 111 recommendations aimed at reforming police oversight, legal processes, and accountability in Victoria. The Victorian Government is committed to implementing these recommendations through a collaborative approach to ensure such failures never recur and to strengthen police integrity and public trust.
