Stigma, Discrimination and the Weaponisation of Survival: Women’s Experiences of the Intersection between the Child Protection and Criminal Legal Systems

This report provides a window onto the needs and experiences of women in contact with both the criminal legal and child protection systems. It shows clearly how women experience the intersection of these two systems: as working against them, as well as harming and discriminating against both them and their families at times of crisis.
