The Protection of Rights in Australia (Koowarta v Bjelke-Petersen)

This is a summary of the context and case of Koowarta, who made a claim on the basis of section 109, invalidity between Commonwealth and State Law, where the question was asked: Does the Federal Government have the right to legislate the Anti-Discrimination Act?
