Many people who are incarcerated and seeking contact with their children have limited understanding of child protection, family violence orders to protect children, and family law parenting orders, and how these interact.

The resources will be designed using a consultative approach to engage an audience with below average literacy skills and high learning difficulties. They will be used in CLEs, legal clinics, published on the prisoner intranet i-hub, and by other organisations that work within prisons.

Respond to legal need

Major Grants offer up to $100,000 for civil legal projects that help organisations better understand and support the legal needs and capabilities of Victorians.
