2022 International Access to Justice Forum
Learn about the latest developments, innovations and practical solutions designed to address barriers to access to justice.
Forward
At a time of seemingly intractable division and distrust, it’s so heartening to gather with people from all over the planet who are committed in different ways in different jurisdictions to making our world fairer.
We have so many perspectives joining these discussions – scholars, practitioners, policy makers, court staff, researchers, students – and despite not being able to be together physically, it’s a chance to create community across the spectrum.
The pandemic has kept us apart but has also united us in many shared experiences – of worry, loss, disruption, isolation – but also in resilience and ingenuity. We hope that over these three days, there are opportunities to learn from each other, take inspiration from others’ successes, and identify new frontiers and challenges together. It’s a chance for us to refill our cups from those who share our passions and dedication to access to justice.
